လွင်ႈၸႂ်ႉတိုဝ်း

This template is designed to be passed to a navlist, which describes the organization of a book as documented at ထႅမ်းပလဵတ်ႉ:Navlist/Doc. It simply retrieves whatever {{{background}}} parameter value is specified in the navlist, defaulting to #ffffff (i.e., white).
