This is a subtemplate of {{dialog/button}}. It produces a visible button, setting up the overall framework of the html code, and invoking {{dialog/button/1-vis}} to produce the internal specification for each dialog parameter. Associated hidden infrastructure is generated separately by {{dialog/button/hidden}}.
